SECTION 6.

  REVELATION on events before great flood.  Ark built upon this the American continent before flood.  Location of Garden of Eden speci­fied.  Adam's last great discourse to posterity before his translation.  Calling of Enoch mentioned in Heb.  11:5.  Enoch's rejection by inhabi­tants of land.  Subsequent success and buil­ding of city of Zion upon this the American continent before the flood.  Translation of Zion.  Enoch turns river out of its course to defeat  threatening army.  Prophecy  of return of Zion upon site which it occupied formerly.  Promise of transla­tion of all those who receive revelations given in this day.

hus saith the Lord, from this time for­ward ye shall receive commandment  or in­struction from none other than he whom I have appointed unto this power, even my servant Art Bulla, in whom I am well pleased.

 2 For I have proven him, saith the Lord, and have proven that he is a tried stone, a sure founda­tion upon which the rest of my structure which I the Lord God shall erect among the children of men for the government thereof can be built, yea, even that king­dom spoken of which shall free all men from that bondage which doth threaten their de­struction both according to the spirit as well as the body.

 3 Yea, for him I know and his works are verily known of me, saith the Lord, for the which he shall receive a crown of everlast­ing life, yea even at my right hand.

 4 For even at his word the heav­ens shall shut themselves that no rain shall fall and all things shall be done even according to the word which I the Lord God shall speak in that day from his mouth, yea even that the elements shall move hither and thither at his command, even as Enoch or Moses my servant.

 5 For these things are according to the Oath and Covenant of the of the Priesthood which I the Lord God have confirmed upon him with promise, yea for he, even he, saith the Lord, is a Priest for­ever after the Order of Melchizedec, which is the Order even of the Ancients who lived long in the earth and were mighty men of renown.

 6 And no man taketh this honor unto himself ex­cept he is called and ordained by the laying on of the hands of one appointed unto this power, as was Moses and Enoch.

 7 Even so, I am the same, yes­terday, today, and forever and bestow upon whom I will powers and authorities to act in my name, saith the Lord God of the Brother of Jared, whom the world in its wisdom knoweth not of, for this man, saith the Lord, I did show myself unto him and did touch with my finger the stones which he did molten, that he and his brethren might have light while it was that they were in boats which they had made in or­der that they might cross the great deep, and that they might people this land after the waters had receded off the face thereof after that mighty flood which I the Lord did cause that it should cover the inhabitants thereof.

 8 For this man, saith the Lord, was mighty, even that nothing could I the Lord his God with­hold from him and verily he is with me today in the might and power of my glory, which words or the tongue of man cannot form in the description thereof.

 9 For this man, saith the Lord, I did make large in stature like unto them of old, who were mighty men in the earth, and strong of sinew and bone and whose constitution, saith the Lord, was mighty that they did live unto the age of a tree in the life thereof and because of the constitution of that body which I the Lord God did give unto them, they did stave off death, and this because of their righteousness be­fore me.

 10 But behold, saith the Lord, because of the re­bellion of man whom I have created in mine im­age, they, even they have become weak and feeble and susceptible to disease and various and sundry infirmities which afflict them, for the wages of sin is death, saith the Lord, and many of them are de­formed in the birth thereof, which thing was un­known unto them of old, yea even Adam the first man, who is the Ancient of Days, as recorded in the writings of the Book of Enoch.

 11 For by this name was he Adam, known among the inhabi­tants of the earth which had multiplied exceedingly upon the face thereof.

 12 For they knew of him that he was the first man, and his wife Eve, and because the hairs of his head were an exceeding and bril­liant white, and he being bowed down with age, he did call to­gether them that were righteous among his poster­ity to exhort them in the ways of the Gods, and did bless them and being filled with the Holy Ghost, also rose up and did predict whatso­ever should befall his posterity unto the latest genera­tion.

 13 And he being filled with years, did plead and exhort his children that they should follow the ways of righteousness that their days should be prolonged in the land.

 14 And the land was beautiful and had an abun­dance of fig and fruit, though not in as great abundance as that before the fall.

 15 And he did exhort them who were his poster­ity with all the feeling of tender regard and anxi­ety for the welfare of their souls as that of a parent for his child.

 16 And there was one who stood among them who were assembled to hear these words of Adam whose name was Enoch.

 17 And Enoch was troubled in his spirit even be­cause of these things, and he being ordained unto the Holy Order of God, was pricked in his heart for the wel­fare of his brethren and sisters.

 18 For many of them had de parted from the ways of righteou­sness even at this time, and being tempted and led by that evil one who was thrust out from the presence of my Father into ways that are pernicious and did cause a curse to come upon the land, they began to wax in iniquity.

 19 And for this thing was Enoch, the seventh from Adam troubled, and his anxiety was great, yea even as that of Father Adam.

 20 Therefore he began to go forth upon the land to preach and exhort his brethren, that they might repent and believe on the redemption of the Son of God who should come in the Meridian of time, even Jesus of Nazareth.

 21 And this thing was given unto Enoch by the Spirit of God which testifieth in those days of things to come.

 22 And thus it was that they be­came denoted by the term prophet, for the testimony of the Son of God was given by the Spirit of the living God, his birth among the children of men being yet many years in the future.

 23 And these things were also known unto Adam, yea even the plan of salvation was taught and re­vealed through the agency of the Holy Priesthood, which is after the Order of the Son of God, and through the administration of angels or messen­gers from time to time from the presence of the Gods.

 24 And thus Adam’s transgres­sion in the Garden of Eden was forgiven upon baptism for the remis­sion of sins in the name of the Father and the Son and Holy Ghost.

 25 And he was born of God and through the plan of salvation voted upon from before the foun­da­tion of the world, he did over­come the fall and had his calling and election made sure and being filled with years did exhort his children that they too might par­take of Eternal Life by entering into that path which is straight and narrow.

 26 But behold many of his chil­dren did harden themselves against his words, and for this cause was Enoch troubled in his spirit.

 27 Therefore being moved upon by the Holy Ghost, he did go about calling them to repentance.

 28 And all men were offended of him, for he did verily go and de­clare with boldness concerning their iniquities, for behold they did go on in the hardness of their hearts, and were in their fallen state, carnal, sensual and devilish in their natures.

 29 Nevertheless, he, being strengthened by the Spirit, did approach them again and again, that he was thrust out from their presence and spat upon and af­flicted, yet he did persevere.

 30 And behold there were false religions which were inspired of that Evil One who is a spirit, and false teachers did abound who were not called and ordained af­ter the Holy Order of God, which relig­ions in the practices thereof had a form of Godli­ness but also denied the power encompassed within this Order, and all this according to the cunning of the devil who is the Father of lies and verisimilitudes.

 31 And in these things did Enoch wade through much af­fliction and his soul was pained, yea even unto tears and anguish because of the iniquity of his brethren who also were created in the image of God.

 32 For he did yearn for the wel­fare of their souls as his own, and in his anguish he did cry unto the Lord his God, for his torment be­cause of the truth was exquisite, for they did turn him aside as a thing of naught notwithstanding the Fathers still lived.

 33 And after many days the people began to lis­ten unto the words of Enoch, for behold he did speak with much enthusiasm and kindness and meekness and much power through the Holy Ghost, for the welfare of their souls and notwith­standing he was smitten of them h e would refrain from smiting again and returning evil for evil and railing for rail­ing.

 34 And thus he began to have success among the more humble and meek and downtrodden of the earth, for they would listen unto him and their hearts began to swell and even be comforted in these things, that they began also to taste of that fruit which is white above all that is white and pure above all that is pure.

35 And Enoch waxed strong in faith and gath­ered these from among the residue of the children of men that they began to prac­tice and learn the ways of righte­ousness, and the laws and ordi­nances of the Priesthood of the Son of God he did minister unto them, and they did have all things in common and everyone did esteem his neighbor as him­self because of the love of God which was in them to the over­powering of greed and other manifestations of their fallen na­tures.

 36 And thus they did become one even with Enoch and they did build a city called Zion which was established as a city of God and was formally dedicated by Enoch and his brethren for this purpose, that it might be possessed by the Most High.

 37 And behold, because of the righteousness of the people in the which they did see eye to eye, yea even in all things, they, being united in faith in the which is much power, it did please the Lord exceedingly, that he did take up his abode among them and spake and walked with them even as be­fore in the Garden bef­ore the fall.

 38 For they did overcome the fall, even that they were brought back into the presence of the Fa­ther of Heaven and Earth that they also became one with him in all things.

39 And their brightness and glory exceeded all imagination, as did the glory of their city.

40 And because of these things the inhabitants round about, moved upon with envy, did as­semble an army against Enoch and the City of Zion being moved upon by the enemy of all righteous­ness that they might destroy the meek of the earth.

41 And the Father tested his sons and daughters in these things that their faith should be tried.

 42 And I say, as the army was assembled against them, Enoch and the City thereof would not take up weapons of war, but did trust in the Lord their God, yea even the God of Enoch, and Adam their father they did rely upon and so great was their faith that they would not rely upon the arm of flesh for their deliverance.

 43 And as this opposition to righteousness did threaten them with destruction, behold, Enoch, being moved upon by the Holy Ghost and filled with much power which is according to the Holy Order of God, even that his frame was filled with power from God so that his bones within him felt as if they would melt as it were from the power thereof, which was of such glory and might, he went forth alone in the power of God to do battle in the name of his God against the army which had moved up within sight of the City of Zion.

 44 And he being full of the fury of the Lord, did raise up his hand, and stretched it forth and with the voice of thunder did command and the ele­ment did obey his voice, yea even the voice of a Son of God in the which he did command and the river which flowed in its course did move out of its accustomed path and did swamp the army which had been assembled in the wick­edness of the people in their pride, in the which many were drowned in the currents thereof.

 45 And a great and awful fear fell upon them who were left in the which they did flee from Enoch who stood alone in the majesty and power of the God of his Fathers.

 46 And thus Enoch obtained re­nown, and the city of Zion did increase in favor with God and the righteous did flee unto it.

 47 And as the residue did wax grosser in iniquity despite the longsuffering of God toward them, the soul of God was pained that he could no longer suffer that his people should remain.

 48 And their righteousness be­came so exceed­ingly great that the power of God wrought amongst them that they were translated in the which their bodies were changed that they should not taste of death and that the Father did cause that the city thereof should be removed from off the earth in that day, and the residue which were left did gaze and beheld it as it was taken up from off the face of the earth in the which the earth did rend and shake from the power thereof.

 49 And they did exclaim, Zion is fled!

 50 Nevertheless, the Father in his mercy that his Holy Order should be preserved among them, for all who were taken were after the Order, that thereby the plan of salvation might still be avail­able among those were his chil­dren who were the children of Adam the first man, he did cause that Methuselah should remain, he being ordained by Adam after the Holy Order of God.

 51 And the grandson of Methu­selah was Noah who did preach righteousness unto the residue and did build the ark wherein eight souls were saved by water.

 52 Even so, the Father hath de­creed unto me, Art Bulla, that the City of Zion shall again return in this the latter day unto those who are built up from beneath accord­ing to the Holy Order of God that his will on earth might be done even as it is in heaven and there is One like unto Enoch who standeth upon the earth in this the latter-day that all might be made one both in the heavens and in the earth and that the prayer which was prayed by the Only Begotten of the Father which he did pray, as recorded in the Book of John might be ful­filled: that thy Kingdom come and thy will be done on earth even as it is in heaven.

 53 And also that the God of our Fathers may once again take his abode, yea, even in Zion.

 54 And thus saith the Lord, mine Only Begotten shall return also to Jerusalem and unto the Jews which have been gathered out from the nations of their dis­persal according to the promises which I the Lord God did make unto their Fathers through the mouths of my servants Ezekiel, Jeremiah, Isaiah, and others of my servants, the Prophets of Ju­dah.

 55 For it is given by the Father unto Ephraim and Manasseh the promises of their fathers, even Joseph who was sold into slavery and became the Prime Minister of Pharaoh in Egypt, that even they shall build Zion, upon this the American continent.

 56 For upon this land was Zion built by Enoch and his brethren before the flood.

 57 And thus saith the Father unto my servant Art Bulla, whom I have ordained to this purpose be­fore the foundation of the world, he shall be made like unto mine Only Begotten, even in these things, that Zion will I cause to descend and we will take up our abode with them who are gath­ered out of Babylon the Great according to the words of John the Beloved found in the Book of Revelations, the eight­eenth Chapter, and fourth verse.

 58 For I the Lord his God shall give him equal power and do­min­ion with mine Only Begot­ten, for he shall be a saviour unto Ephraim and Manasseh upon this the American Continent unto which I the Father have caused that they should be gathered over in their generations.

59 For Manasseh I did bring over, saith the Fa­ther, in the day that I did move upon my servants Lehi and Nephi and did com­mand that they should leave the city Jerusalem which should be destroyed by my servant Nebu­chadnezzar in the year 600 B.C. as accounted among men, did they leave, being descendants and accounting their lineage from Manasseh, the firstborn of Joseph, and one of the twelve tribes of the House of Israel, and from whom the American Indian is sprung.

 60 Even so, O man, these are the mysteries of Godliness which have been revealed unto me as in days of old through the agency of this Priesthood the keys of which I hold, in the which whatsoever I speak, according to the will of the Father, even so it shall be done.

 61 Even so, glory be unto my Father forever and ever and may His holy will be done, even on earth as it is in heaven. Amen.

Rod Meldrum and the False Foundation of Beckism

The United States, saith the Lord, is the "beast that would wear out the Saints of the Most High".  (See Daniel 7).  The beast will be "thrown down" when the "Ancient of Days"---Father Adam, saith the Lord, "shall sit".  What will take this gentile hegemony's place?  Why, that which was prayed for by my brother, the Only Begotten of the Father:  "Thy kingdom come on earth as it is in heaven."  This, contrary to the false prophet Harold B. Lee as quoted by Rodney Meldrum as infallible.  Popes and Presidents are bought up by the devil who rules with blood and horror on this earth.

The Foundation May not Be so Firm

December 26, 2010

Dear Rod,

Greetings and thank you for the well-wishes and CD.  This missive is to put forth and correct some false assumptions which you have made which cause an incorrect conclusion, misleading Beck and others. One false assumption seems to be that the President is “the prophet” and he can with impunity contradict the standard works.  

The Law of Witnesses:

1.      Witness no. 1 "We are told that the living oracles take precedence over all other authority, living or dead. We agree that the living oracles take precedence, provided they do not conflict with the dead oracles. `To the law and the testimony if they speak not according to this word it is because there is no light in them.' (Isa. 8:20) If it is true that the living oracles take precedence over all others regardless of their disagreements with the dead prophets, then the Saints must necessarily change their faith every time there is a change in the presidency, to conform to the views of the new president." (Bsp. Heber Bennion, Gospel Problems, p. 6)

2.      Witness no. 2 Contend for the faith "once delivered" to the Ancients. The same gospel which saved Abraham must save us. "Keep the change" but give me the everlasting truth which does not change to suit the vagaries and foolish traditions and manipulations of mankind. A key: Every principle proceeding from God is eternal and any principle which is not eternal is of the devil. (Joseph Smith, Teachings of the Prophet Joseph Smith, selected and arranged by Joseph Fielding Smith, p.181)  The gospel of the Ancients had power, enough power to turn rivers out of their course, and to translate two whole cities (Salem and Zion before the flood) and catch them along with their inhabitants into heaven. Any change (progress, progressiveism is of the devil, saith the Lord) which deviates from this glory is of that being (the devil) who possesses no glory, but leads to death. Gospel produces life and one cannot overdo life. "I am come that they might have life and that more abundantly". What is better than not tasting of death, but being translated as anciently? Progressiveism be damned! Journal of Wilford Woodruff, September 17, 1854: "...Brother Pratt also thought that Adam was made of the dust of the earth; could not believe that Adam was our God or the Father of Jesus Christ. President Young said that He was, that He came from another world and made this, brought Eve with him, partook of the fruits of the earth, begat children and they were earthly and had mortal bodies. And if we were faithful, we should become Gods as He was. He told Brother Pratt to lay aside his philosophical reasoning, and get revelation from God to govern him and enlighten his mind more, and it would be a great blessing to lay aside his books and go into the canyons as some of the rest of us were doing and it would be better for him. He said his philosophy injured him in a measure. Many good things were said by President Young—that we should grow up in revelation so that principle would govern every act of our lives. He had never found any difficulty in leading this people since Joseph’s death." From synopsis of radio broadcast.

Witness no. 3  The Revelations of Jesus Christ: 

21  And when I the Lord God did speak unto my servant Joseph Smith, that it should be that no one should be appointed to receive Revelations and Commandments excepting my servant Joseph, I the Lord God did provide that he should abide in me, and that as long as he should abide in me, saith the Lord, then it was that he should be the one empowered to speak in my name, as moved upon by the Holy Ghost.

22  And my servant Joseph, saith the Lord, did abide in me, even unto the end.

23  And how much greater, saith the Lord, is my servant Joseph in mine eyes than those whom ye sustain to be your presidencies?

24  For the powers of the Priesthood are inseparably connected with the powers of heaven, and may not be controlled nor handled except upon the principles of righteousness, saith the Lord God.

25  And if it should be that the Presidencies of my church, saith the Lord, should fall into transgression, then they also, shall not have power to speak in my name, for the welfare and benefit of my Saints, or the members which comprise my Church, saith the Lord.

26  For is it not written that I the Lord your God, even Jesus of Nazareth did say while in my power among the Jews, that if thine eye which seeth for thee, him that is appointed to watch over thee to show thee light, become a transgressor and offend thee, pluck him out?

27  It is better for thee to enter into the kingdom of God, with one eye, than having two eyes to be cast into hell fire.

28  And  did I not speak unto my servant Joseph concerning the manuscript of the Book which he had been called upon to translate, that although a man may have many revelations, and have power to do many mighty works, yet if he boasts in his own strength, and sets at naught the counsels of God, and follows after the dictates of his own will and carnal desires, he  must fall and incur the vengeance of a just God upon him?

29  And how much greater, saith the Lord, was my servant Joseph than those whom ye, ye perverse and stiffnecked generation, sustain as your presidents?

30  For even Lucifer, wast he not given authority, before the world was made?

31  And did I the Father not cause him to be cast out, even though he be my son?

32  And if I the Father of heaven and earth spared not them who were deceived from before the foundation of the world, do ye imagine in your hearts O vain man, that I will spare thee, even if it should be that all perish?

33  Yea, even though it should be easier that a hand be cut off, yet it be better to retain heaven with one hand than to be cast out with two, saith the Lord.

34  And this hath been a law through all time and also throughout all eternity, among them who are Gods and the Sons of God, even Eloheim.

35  Are ye, ye stiffnecked and perverse generation, different than they in your iniquity?

36  For all of my servants the Prophets have been first cast out from your churches and synagogues, O Israel, and then stoned and crucified and persecuted when it was that they dared when moved upon by the Holy Ghost to speak against them whom ye lift up as your Presidencies who had gone contrary to the covenants which I the Lord God did make with their fathers, even Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.

Again, thank you for the CD and the well wishes, and as they say in Spanish, “Igual!”  As you might know, I was driven out of Utah to Mexico (after my hometeacher tried to kill me) by the “Mormons” in fulfillment of Helaman 13: 

25 And now when ye talk, ye say: If our days had been in the days of our fathers of old, we would not have slain the prophets; we would not have stoned them, and cast them out.

Hel 13:26

 26 Behold ye are worse than they; for as the Lord liveth, if a prophet come among you and declareth unto you the word of the Lord, which testifieth of your sins and iniquities, ye are angry with him, and cast him out and seek all manner of ways to destroy him; yea, you will say that he is a false prophet, and that he is a sinner, and of the devil, because he testifieth that your deeds are evil.

As you may know, Brigham Young and indeed Church history draws a distinction between President and Prophet.  Brigham said, “God chooses prophets.  You (the Church) do not do this.”  He also said,

‘‘ A man may be (the) Prophet, Seer and Revelator, and it may have nothing to do with his being the President of the Church. Suffice it to say, that Joseph was the President of the Church as long as he lived: the people chose to have it so. He always filled that responsible station, by the voice of the people. Can you find any revelation appointing him the president of the Church? The keys of the priesthood were committed to Joseph (by God, not the Church, there was no Church when that event happened), to build up the kingdom of God on earth, and were not to be taken from him in time or eternity; but when he was called to preside over the Church, it was the voice of the people; though he had the keys of the Priesthood, independent of their voice. ’’

Brigham Young JD1:133.

This plain doctrine has been obscured by what can only be described as misplaced zeal and a scriptural wresting of DC 43 by the ignorant.  The President of the Church is not above my law, saith the Lord. 

There are superior offices (in the Kingdom of God) than President of the Church.  We are commanded to seek first the Kingdom of God. The law you quoted at the beginning of the CD presentation, “If any man preaches contrary to the Bible, Book of Mormon, etc, set him down as an imposter.”  Joseph Smith did not make any distinctions.  Joseph did not draw any distinction between “any man” and President. He knew better. The office of President of the Church, chosen by the people, does not confer upon any man infallibility, saith the Lord. The Church has been led astray.

"Let this Church which is called the Kingdom of God on the earth. We will summons the First Presidency, the Twelve, the High Council, the Bishopric, and all the Elders of Israel, suppose we summons them to appear here, and here declare that it is right to mingle our seed, with the black race of Cain, that they shall come in with us and be partakers with us of all the blessings that God has given to us. on that very day and hour we should do so,

the Priesthood is taken from THIS CHURCH AND KINGDOM and god leaves us to our fate. The moment we consent to mingle with the seed of Cain, the Church must go to destruction.  We should receive the curse which has been placed upon the seed of Cain, and never more be numbered with the children of Adam who are heirs to the Priesthood until that curse be removed." Brigham Young Addresses, Ms D, 1234, Box 48, Folder 3, dated Feb. 5, 1852, located in the LDS Historical Dept. SLC, UT.

9 And if the prophet be deceived when he hath spoken a thing, I the LORD have deceived that prophet, and I will stretch out my hand upon him, and will destroy him from the midst of my people Israel.

 10 And they shall bear the punishment of their iniquity: the punishment of the prophet shall be even as the punishment of him that seeketh [unto him];

                                    (Ezek  14:910)

As Brigham also said,

I do not care who leads this Church, even though it were Ann Lee; but one thing I must know, and that is, what God says about it. I have the keys and the means of obtaining the mind of God on the subject (independent of the Church,  that is why he professed not to care),

Concerning the future of the United States, you seem to be ignorant of the multitude of prophecies in the scriptures concerning the collapse and fall of this hegemony known as the “beast which would wear out the Saints of the Most High” and the return of Father Adam to take away this dominion.  Also you seem to be unaware of the political Kingdom of God established with its attendant councils in the Priesthood set up by Joseph in the spring of 1844 before his death at Nauvoo, independent of the Church.  The Church had no part in this, as a body.  It is this political kingdom of God which will replace the Constitution of the United States, with a “living Constitution” and was called by Orson Pratt much superior to the stepping stone form of government Beck and others worship as an idol.

8 I considered the horns, and, behold, there came up among them another little horn, before whom there were three of the first horns plucked up by the roots: and, behold, in this horn [were] eyes like the eyes of man, and a mouth speaking great things (the United States, saith the Lord).

 9 I beheld till the thrones were cast down, and the Ancient of days did sit, whose garment [was] white as snow, and the hair of his head like the pure wool: his throne [was like] the fiery flame, [and] his wheels [as] burning fire.

 18 But the saints of the most High shall take the kingdom, and possess the kingdom for ever, even for ever and ever.

 20 And of the ten horns that [were] in his head, and [of] the other which came up, and before whom three fell; even [of] that horn that had eyes, and a mouth that spake very great things, whose look [was] more stout than his fellows.

 21 I beheld, and the same horn made war with the saints, and prevailed against them;

 22 Until the Ancient of days came, and judgment was given to the saints of the most High; and the time came that the saints possessed the kingdom.

 24 And the ten horns out of this kingdom [are] ten kings [that] shall arise: and another shall rise after them; and he shall be diverse from the first, and he shall subdue three kings.

 25 And he shall speak [great] words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High, and think to change times and laws: and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time.

 26 But the judgment shall sit, and they shall take away his dominion, to consume and to destroy [it] unto the end.

 27 And the kingdom and dominion, and the greatness of the kingdom under the whole heaven, shall be given to the people of the saints of the most High, whose kingdom [is] an everlasting kingdom, and all dominions shall serve and obey him.

                                    (Dan  7:8-9,18,20-22,24-27)

Surely you cannot believe Joseph was unaware of these selfsame prophecies when he was mightily moved upon to set up Councils of the Holy Priesthood which supercede the President of any Church as there are “further offices”.  “Seek ye first the Kingdom of God….”  Jesus of Nazareth. 

“There are more than fifty men who have more authority than you do.”  Brigham Young to Sydney Rigdon.

. But there are further organizations. The Prophet gave a full and complete organization to this kingdom the Spring before he was killed. This kingdom is the kingdom that Daniel spoke of, which was to be set up in the last days; it is the kingdom that is not to be given to another people; it is the kingdom that is to be held by the servants of God, to rule the nations of the earth, to send forth those laws and ordinances that shall be suitable and that shall apply themselves to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints; that will apply themselves to the mother Church. * * *

      Now I want to give you these few words-the kingdom of God will protect every person, every sect and all people upon the face of the whole earth, in their legal rights. I shall not tell you the names of the members of this kingdom, neither shall I read to you its constitution, but the constitution was given by revelation. The day will come when it will be organized in strength and power.” (Brigham Young, JD 27:157-158)

 

To ignore these things or treat with indifference will put in jeopardy the salvation of every soul who does not believe and receive it, saith the Lord.

Revelation on Fate of Heathen Nations from Israel's God

Dear Rick,

 

I happened to hear your plea over the air for understanding concerning a vital question as to the justice of God concerning so-called "heathen" nations.  I received a revelation (published) years ago concerning this.  An associate of mine (40 years ago) had been to Bombay, India (called Mumbasa now I believe) who had seen starving children, whose limbs had been cut off by parents to make them more sympathetic to westerners they approached for alms.  He could not believe a God would allow such misery, and therefore could not believe in God.  I, having received vision in 1969 in which I had been caught up to see and hear for myself, the Lord in his mercy granted the following revelation on this subject:

 

The Revelations of Jesus Christ

SECTION 9.

 

REVELATION ON FATE OF HEATHEN NATIONS

 

 

Revelation on fate of so-called heathen nations and the reasons why such great distress among these na­tions. Reward of these nations greater in resurrection for suffering. Apostasy of fat­hers thereof from Shem who is Melchizedec and Noah, Shem’s fat­her. Revelation given to comfort one who had personally ob­served starving in India. Judgment according to opportunity for acqui­ring truth.

ea, thus saith the Lord unto my ser­vant Walter, thou art called with an holy calling, yea thou art favored of the Most High God, even that Holy One unto whom thou hast given obeisance.

 2 Therefore, thou shallt be called counselor, and Apostle and prophet unto the Lord Jesus Christ, for this calling and ordi­nance will I give unto thee as thou art prepared in all holiness before me to receive.

 3 Yea, thus saith the Lord unto my righteous ser­vant, ask and ye shall receive, knock and it shall be opened unto you, but as for my servant, I have chosen him from before the foundation of the world to do my work, and ye shall receive his words unto you­ward as if from mine own mouth, for whether by mine own mouth or the mouth of my servants, it is the same, saith the Lord God of Israel.

 4 For I am that God who it is that spake unto my servants Abraham, and Jacob and am the only true God, even of Israel, my chosen, from whom all of the families of the earth have derived their inher­itance, and from whom these same families have strayed or departed therefrom in their observances even from the beginning of time, saith the Lord, unto that which is an abomina­tion in my sight.

 5 Nevertheless, I the Lord have in my mercy unto these who are also my children given a portion of that truth which is pure and undefiled and that verily is right before me, even that it should come also unto them, saith the Lord God of Israel.

 6 For I the Lord God am no re­specter of persons and have given unto all nations of the children of men and have raised up my ser­vants among them that they should teach them also of me and have given unto them that por­tion of the way which it is that they should receive.

 7 But unto those who receive me, saith the Lord, shall be given yea, even all things, for all things will I reveal unto them, saith the Lord, and that truth which is pure and unsullied will I give unto them.

 8 And these things shall be given by the power and authority of my Spirit which it is that re­vealeth all truth that cometh from me, saith the Lord, and he that receiveth me, receiveth my Fa­th­er.

 9 Therefore this commandment I give unto you that inasmuch as you receive instruction from him unto whom is appointed this power, (for there is but one at any One time who holdeth the keys of these things, even those of the eternal lives spoken of) the blessings of immortality, honor, power, might and glory shall be added upon thy head, worlds without end, for of thine increase there shall be no end, if ye hearken unto me and unto those words which I shall speak from time to time, through the me­dium of mine appointment, which is after the Order of Melchizedec, which is after the Order of Enoch of Old.

 10 And it is from the Holy Order and the ordi­nances thereof that the nations of the earth have de­parted in their generations and have apostatized from that truth which was taught unto them in simplicity and plainness in the which they could not err.

 11 And thus it is that I will visit the sins of the children upon the heads of the fathers, for unto them is the greater condemnation for they, even they did sin against the greater light, and did turn aside from that which was right before me and depart unto that which has been their hurt.

 12 For ye, my son, have seen of their affliction and have been moved with compassion upon them and would that it could be removed.

 13 But all things will I the Lord make up unto them who suffer in the flesh, for it shall be toler­able unto these nations in their resur­rection from the dead, which res­urrection shall come unto all men through the atonement which I did make yea, even for all men, for greater love hath no man than this, that a man should lay his life down for his friends.

 14 But it was that in that pre-existent state, in the which they were spirits, even before the world was, it was made known unto them that which they would suffer in the flesh that thereby they might obtain so great a rest, yea, even worlds without end will I the Lord God feed them.

 15 And these who were spirits had their agency in that day and they did vote and agree that these things should be.

 16 And that they might have ob­tained the greater light did I the Lord God send mine Apostles unto them that they too might have been recovered.

 17 For their fathers in their wickedness departed from them of Old who were also appointed unto this power:

 18 Even from their father Noah as well as Shem who was Melchizedec, and Eber who were or­dained in the manner spoken of by the hands of the fathers unto mine Holy Order which is with­out beginning of days nor end of years and is the means by which the power of Godliness is mani­fest unto men in the flesh and without which no man can see the face of God the Father and live;

 19 And also Adam, who is with­out beginning or end, for there are many, who is the father of the spirits of men and also the body of the Only Be­gotten after his translation after the first council at Adam-ondai-Ahman, saith the Lord God, and Eloheim, or the Ancients who are Gods and the Grand Council thereof.

 20 For Adam, which meaneth Man in the Hebrew tongue, was he not a resurrected man from an­other world and a part of the Council, that He should also be­come the Father of the Only Be­got­ten in the flesh, saith the Lord?

 21 And unto those who partake of mine ordi­nances through the medium of mine anointed, which calling and ordination my ser­vant doth hold for time and all eternity, for he shall sit down even at my right hand, and verily thus saith the Lord, shall be with me in my glory, and unto those who call themselves after my name having received of these things, will I the Lord God give all things that where I am they may be also, that we may be one even as I and the Father are one.

 22 For the things of heaven shall descend and the things of earth shall receive them, even that of the City of Enoch which were taught the ordinances and laws of heaven according to the power which is encompassed within mine Order, which is after the Order of Melchizedec, which holdeth  the keys of all things and is the medium through which that which is to be re­ceived is dispensed unto the children of men.

 23 And there is no other name given whereby the sons of men may be saved from that which is to come, yea even such destruc­tion as has not been know among the children of men before nor will be known since.

 24 For I the Lord thy God am also Priest after the Order of Melchizedec.

 25  And no man taketh this honor unto himself, except he is called and ordained as was Aaron, the great High Priest, from whom the children of Is­rael received their dispensation.

 26 Even so, come unto me and learn of my ways, and I will give unto you, even as many as shall come, that peace which surpas­seth understanding, and if ye shall inquire of me concerning these things, will I the Lord manifest by the influence and power of the Holy Ghost that these things are verily true and are of me, saith the Lord.

 27 I am Jesus Christ who wast slain from before the foundation of the world and have drunk out of that bitter cup which the Fath­er did give unto me, and have done the will of him from the beginning.

 28  And thou shallt be his spokesman and shall be his mouthpiece, for I have not made him mighty in speaking, but this talent have I given unto thee that thou mayest glorify me of whom it is written that I shall utter my voice and that earth upon which thou standest shall shake.

 29 And I the Lord call thee unto mine Apostle­ship, that ye may bear record of me unto men that all may be edified together.

 30 Even so, I the Lord God have spoken it.

 31 For thy spirit also wast held back that thou shouldest come forth at this time for thou also was with me from the beginning and thou verily wast my friend before the world was.

The Foundation May not Be so Firm

Dear Rod,

 

Greetings and thank you for the well-wishes and CD.  This missive is to put forth and correct some false assumptions which you have made. These false assumptions cause an incorrect conclusion, misleading Beck and others. One false assumption seems to be that the President is “the prophet” and he can with impunity contradict the standard works.  

 

The Law of Witnesses:

 

1.      Witness no. 1 "We are told that the living oracles take precedence over all other authority, living or dead. We agree that the living oracles take precedence, provided they do not conflict with the dead oracles. `To the law and the testimony if they speak not according to this word it is because there is no light in them.' (Isa. 8:20) If it is true that the living oracles take precedence over all others regardless of their disagreements with the dead prophets, then the Saints must necessarily change their faith every time there is a change in the presidency, to conform to the views of the new president." (Bsp. Heber Bennion, Gospel Problems, p. 6)

 

2.      Witness no. 2 Contend for the faith "once delivered" to the Ancients. The same gospel which saved Abraham must save us. "Keep the change" but give me the everlasting truth which does not change to suit the vagaries and foolish traditions and manipulations of mankind. A key: Every principle proceeding from God is eternal and any principle which is not eternal is of the devil. (Joseph Smith, Teachings of the Prophet Joseph Smith, selected and arranged by Joseph Fielding Smith, p.181)  The gospel of the Ancients had power, enough power to turn rivers out of their course, and to translate two whole cities (Salem and Zion before the flood) and catch them along with their inhabitants into heaven. Any change (progress, progressiveism is of the devil, saith the Lord) which deviates from this glory is of that being (the devil) who possesses no glory, but leads to death. Gospel produces life and one cannot overdo life. "I am come that they might have life and that more abundantly". What is better than not tasting of death, but being translated as anciently? Progressiveism be damned! Journal of Wilford Woodruff, September 17, 1854: "...Brother Pratt also thought that Adam was made of the dust of the earth; could not believe that Adam was our God or the Father of Jesus Christ. President Young said that He was, that He came from another world and made this, brought Eve with him, partook of the fruits of the earth, begat children and they were earthly and had mortal bodies. And if we were faithful, we should become Gods as He was. He told Brother Pratt to lay aside his philosophical reasoning, and get revelation from God to govern him and enlighten his mind more, and it would be a great blessing to lay aside his books and go into the canyons as some of the rest of us were doing and it would be better for him. He said his philosophy injured him in a measure. Many good things were said by President Young—that we should grow up in revelation so that principle would govern every act of our lives. He had never found any difficulty in leading this people since Joseph’s death." From synopsis of radio broadcast.

3.      Witness no. 3  The Revelations of Jesus Christ: 

21  And when I the Lord God did speak unto my servant Joseph Smith, that it should be that no one should be appointed to receive Revelations and Commandments excepting my servant Joseph, I the Lord God did provide that he should abide in me, and that as long as he should abide in me, saith the Lord, then it was that he should be the one empowered to speak in my name, as moved upon by the Holy Ghost.

4.      22  And my servant Joseph, saith the Lord, did abide in me, even unto the end.

5.      23  And how much greater, saith the Lord, is my servant Joseph in mine eyes than those whom ye sustain to be your presidencies?

6.      24  For the powers of the Priesthood are inseparably connected with the powers of heaven, and may not be controlled nor handled except upon the principles of righteousness, saith the Lord God.

7.      25  And if it should be that the Presidencies of my church, saith the Lord, should fall into transgression, then they also, shall not have power to speak in my name, for the welfare and benefit of my Saints, or the members which comprise my Church, saith the Lord.

8.      26  For is it not written that I the Lord your God, even Jesus of Nazareth did say while in my power among the Jews, that if thine eye which seeth for thee, him that is appointed to watch over thee to show thee light, become a transgressor and offend thee, pluck him out?

9.      27  It is better for thee to enter into the kingdom of God, with one eye, than having two eyes to be cast into hell fire.

10.  28  And  did I not speak unto my servant Joseph concerning the manuscript of the Book which he had been called upon to translate, that although a man may have many revelations, and have power to do many mighty works, yet if he boasts in his own strength, and sets at naught the counsels of God, and follows after the dictates of his own will and carnal desires, he  must fall and incur the vengeance of a just God upon him?

11.  29  And how much greater, saith the Lord, was my servant Joseph than those whom ye, ye perverse and stiffnecked generation, sustain as your presidents?

12.  30  For even Lucifer, wast he not given authority, before the world was made?

13.  31  And did I the Father not cause him to be cast out, even though he be my son?

14.  32  And if I the Father of heaven and earth spared not them who were deceived from before the foundation of the world, do ye imagine in your hearts O vain man, that I will spare thee, even if it should be that all perish?

15.  33  Yea, even though it should be easier that a hand be cut off, yet it be better to retain heaven with one hand than to be cast out with two, saith the Lord.

16.  34  And this hath been a law through all time and also throughout all eternity, among them who are Gods and the Sons of God, even Eloheim.

17.  35  Are ye, ye stiffnecked and perverse generation, different than they in your iniquity?

18.  36  For all of my servants the Prophets have been first cast out from your churches and synagogues, O Israel, and then stoned and crucified and persecuted when it was that they dared when moved upon by the Holy Ghost to speak against them whom ye lift up as your Presidencies who had gone contrary to the covenants which I the Lord God did make with their fathers, even Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.

 

 

 

Again, thank you for the CD and the well wishes, and as they say in Spanish, “Igual!”  As you might know, I was driven out of Utah to Mexico (after my hometeacher tried to kill me) by the “Mormons” in fulfillment of Helaman 13: 

 

25 And now when ye talk, ye say: If our days had been in the days of our fathers of old, we would not have slain the prophets; we would not have stoned them, and cast them out.

Hel 13:26

 26 Behold ye are worse than they; for as the Lord liveth, if a prophet come among you and declareth unto you the word of the Lord, which testifieth of your sins and iniquities, ye are angry with him, and cast him out and seek all manner of ways to destroy him; yea, you will say that he is a false prophet, and that he is a sinner, and of the devil, because he testifieth that your deeds are evil.

 

 

 

As you may know, Brigham Young and indeed Church history draws a distinction between President and Prophet.  Brigham said, “God chooses prophets.  You (the Church) do not do this.”  He also said,

 

‘‘ A man may be (the) Prophet, Seer and Revelator, and it may have nothing to do with his being the President of the Church. Suffice it to say, that Joseph was the President of the Church as long as he lived: the people chose to have it so. He always filled that responsible station, by the voice of the people. Can you find any revelation appointing him the president of the Church? The keys of the priesthood were committed to Joseph (by God, not the Church, there was no Church when that event happened), to build up the kingdom of God on earth, and were not to be taken from him in time or eternity; but when he was called to preside over the Church, it was the voice of the people; though he had the keys of the Priesthood, independent of their voice. ’’

Brigham Young JD1:133.

 

This plain doctrine has been obscured by what can only be described as misplaced zeal and a scriptural wresting of DC 43 by the ignorant.  The President of the Church is not above my law, saith the Lord. 

 

 

There are superior offices (in the Kingdom of God) than President of the Church.  We are commanded to seek first the Kingdom of God. The law you quoted at the beginning of the CD presentation, “If any man preaches contrary to the Bible, Book of Mormon, etc, set him down as an imposter.”  Joseph Smith did not make any distinctions.  Joseph did not draw any distinction between “any man” and President. He knew better. The office of President of the Church, chosen by the people, does not confer upon any man infallibility, saith the Lord. The Church has been led astray.

 

"Let this Church which is called the Kingdom of God on the earth. We will summons the First Presidency, the Twelve, the High Council, the Bishopric, and all the Elders of Israel, suppose we summons them to appear here, and here declare that it is right to mingle our seed, with the black race of Cain, that they shall come in with us and be partakers with us of all the blessings that God has given to us. on that very day and hour we should do so, the Priesthood is taken from THIS CHURCH AND KINGDOM and god leaves us to our fate. The moment we consent to mingle with the seed of Cain, the Church must go to destruction.  We should receive the curse which has been placed upon the seed of Cain, and never more be numbered with the children of Adam who are heirs to the Priesthood until that curse be removed." 9 And if the prophet be deceived when he hath spoken a thing, I the LORD have deceived that prophet, and I will stretch out my hand upon him, and will destroy him from the midst of my people Israel.

 10 And they shall bear the punishment of their iniquity: the punishment of the prophet shall be even as the punishment of him that seeketh [unto him];

As Brigham also said,

I do not care who leads this Church, even though it were Ann Lee; but one thing I must know, and that is, what God says about it. I have the keys and the means of obtaining the mind of God on the subject (independent of the Church,  that is why he professed not to care),

Concerning the future of the United States, you seem to be ignorant of the multitude of prophecies in the scriptures concerning the collapse and fall of this hegemony known as the “beast which would wear out the Saints of the Most High” and the return of Father Adam to take away this dominion.  Also you seem to be unaware of the political Kingdom of God established with its attendant councils in the Priesthood set up by Joseph in the spring of 1844 before his death at Nauvoo, independent of the Church.  The Church had no part in this, as a body.  It is this political kingdom of God which will replace the Constitution of the United States, with a “living Constitution” and was called by Orson Pratt much superior to the stepping stone form of government Beck and others worship as an idol.

 

8 I considered the horns, and, behold, there came up among them another little horn, before whom there were three of the first horns plucked up by the roots: and, behold, in this horn [were] eyes like the eyes of man, and a mouth speaking great things (the United States, saith the Lord).

 9 I beheld till the thrones were cast down, and the Ancient of days did sit, whose garment [was] white as snow, and the hair of his head like the pure wool: his throne [was like] the fiery flame, [and] his wheels [as] burning fire.

 18 But the saints of the most High shall take the kingdom, and possess the kingdom for ever, even for ever and ever.

 20 And of the ten horns that [were] in his head, and [of] the other which came up, and before whom three fell; even [of] that horn that had eyes, and a mouth that spake very great things, whose look [was] more stout than his fellows.

 21 I beheld, and the same horn made war with the saints, and prevailed against them;

 22 Until the Ancient of days came, and judgment was given to the saints of the most High; and the time came that the saints possessed the kingdom.

 24 And the ten horns out of this kingdom [are] ten kings [that] shall arise: and another shall rise after them; and he shall be diverse from the first, and he shall subdue three kings.

 25 And he shall speak [great] words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High, and think to change times and laws: and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time.

 26 But the judgment shall sit, and they shall take away his dominion, to consume and to destroy [it] unto the end.

 27 And the kingdom and dominion, and the greatness of the kingdom under the whole heaven, shall be given to the people of the saints of the most High, whose kingdom [is] an everlasting kingdom, and all dominions shall serve and obey him.

Surely you cannot believe Joseph was unaware of these selfsame prophecies when he was mightily moved upon to set up Councils of the Holy Priesthood which supercede the President of any Church as there are “further offices”.  “Seek ye first the Kingdom of God….”  Jesus of Nazareth. 

 

“There are more than fifty men who have more authority than you do.”  Brigham Young to Sydney Rigdon.

 

. But there are further organizations. The Prophet gave a full and complete organization to this kingdom the Spring before he was killed. This kingdom is the kingdom that Daniel spoke of, which was to be set up in the last days; it is the kingdom that is not to be given to another people; it is the kingdom that is to be held by the servants of God, to rule the nations of the earth, to send forth those laws and ordinances that shall be suitable and that shall apply themselves to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints; that will apply themselves to the mother Church. * * *

      Now I want to give you these few words-the kingdom of God will protect every person, every sect and all people upon the face of the whole earth, in their legal rights. I shall not tell you the names of the members of this kingdom, neither shall I read to you its constitution, but the constitution was given by revelation. The day will come when it will be organized in strength and power.” (Brigham Young, JD 27:157-158)

 

To ignore these things or treat with indifference will put in jeopardy the salvation of every soul who does not believe and receive it, saith the Lord.
