How to Tell Holy Ghost from False Spirits

Listening to "How to Tell Holy Ghost from False Spirits" by Art Bulla on #BlogTalkRadio  http://www.blogtalkradio.com/artbulla/2011/08/19/how-to-tell-holy-ghost-from-false-spirits
16 Yea, thus saith the Lord, I will reason with you as one man reasoneth with another that ye understand.
17 That which is of me giveth life and light to the Spirit, which doth cause your souls to expand and partake of that fruit which is white above all that is white, and pure above all that is pure.
18 These things are of me, saith the Lord, and anything which doth not do these things, is it of me, saith the Lord?
19 For it is my desire that you should have life and that more abundantly.
20 Or in other words that which edifieth, ye can know with a perfect knowledge that it is of me, saith the Lord.
21 And on the contrariwise, that which doth not cause your souls, yea, even that which doth not cause your bosoms to swell and your minds to expand that ye may have life, doth cause that death spoken of, for the wages of sin is death.
22 And thus ye may know that it is of that Evil One, and is therefor of darkness.
23 And by these things, ye are able to chase darkness from among you with a vengeance, and stern rebuke, and command to leave, and ye are able more fully to discern between that which is light and that which is darkness... Section 17, The Revelations of Jesus Christ

106  Therefor that which produceth life and stability and faith and a sound mind and courage, and hope and peace and love and joy and power and glory and honor and might and intelligence is of me, even the Father thereof, and that which produceth death and the effects therof which are despair, and lack of hope and doubtings and anguish of soul and fear, and troubles, and tremblings and buffetings and uneasiness of mind and heart and soul and pain, and verily anything which doth not edify is not of me and is darkness, saith the Lord God of Israel, and is of the devil, even the author of death and the effects therof which are this despair, and lack of hope, and anguish of soul and fear, and troubles, and tremblings and buffetings and uneasiness of mind and heart and soul, these things, are they not of that evil one, saith the Lord?
107  For by their fruits ye shall know them.

108  And uneasy loud emotion and exclamations, and shoutings are not of me, saith the Lord.

109  But righteous rebuke and anger against uncleaness is of me, for mine Only Begotten, wast he not full of the rebuke of the Lord?

110  And did they not crucify him because of these things?

111  Therefor if ye are rebuked by me, receive it with joy, for thus are yeaccounted worthy to be my sons and my daughters, saith the Lord God.

112  For what father among you correcteth not his children whom he loveth and this in his anxiety for their welfare as his own that they perish not?

113  Therefor if ye are rebuked by him receive it with gladness for it shall work upon thy soul for thy good, if ye receive it without anger and railings, saith the Lord, and ye shall be my children, even sons and daughters of the Most High.

How to Tell Holy Ghost from False Spirits

Revelation read and discussed on effects of the Spirit of God physically, which can be used as a barometer to gauge whether from God.  "That which does not edify is not of God".

15 And then received ye spirits which ye could not understand, and received them to be of God; and in this are ye justified?
16 Behold ye shall answer this question yourselves; nevertheless, I will be merciful unto you; he that is weak among you hereafter shall be made strong.
17 Verily I say unto you, he that is ordained of me and sent forth to preach the word of truth by the Comforter, in the Spirit of truth, doth he preach it by the Spirit of truth or some other way?
18 And if it be by some other way it is not of God.
19 And again, he that receiveth the word of truth, doth he receive it by the Spirit of truth or some other way?
20 If it be some other way it is not of God.
21 Therefore, why is it that ye cannot understand and know, that he that receiveth the word by the Spirit of truth receiveth it as it is preached by the Spirit of truth?
22 Wherefore, he that preacheth and he that receiveth, understand one another, and both are edified and rejoice together.
23 And that which doth not edify is not of God, and is darkness.
24 That which is of God is light; and he that receiveth light, and continueth in God, receiveth more light; and that light groweth brighter and brighter until the perfect day.
 25 And again, verily I say unto you, and I say it that you may know the truth, that you may chase darkness from among you;

11 But I certify you, brethren, that the gospel which was preached of me is not after man.
12 For I neither received it of man, neither was I taught it, but by the revelation of Jesus Christ. (New Testament | Galatians 1:10 - 12)
