The Lecture and the Veil, Modern Lies, Coverup and Apostasy

Brethren,

 

This is the revision made in Brigham Young's office in his home the evening of Feb 7, 1877 to the Discourse Before the Veil (which he had earlier that day delivered orally, and recorded by L. John Nuttall).  This is part of the endowment ceremony and this revision was copied into L. John Nuttall's Diary, and "papers" which are located at BYU Special Collections.  This Discourse is considered the pinnacle or capstone of Mormon Doctrine, and was meant to be faithfully carried out for all generations until Adam himself should return.  But because of wicked and corrupt men, which have only multiplied in so-called modern times, and apostate clique, as it were, this was discontinued.  This discourse is reported to have been given for at least thirty years in all Temples including Salt Lake. The following is the Wiki article on the Lecture at the Veil from FAIR (Foundation for Apologetics ...Research), a well respected LDS source on matters doctrinal, at which Mr. Hale scoffs, even at them, whom he interviewed just two weeks previous (the fool)!
