15 When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand:) Matt 24:15
22 And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect's sake those days shall be shortened.
(Matt 24:22)
22 And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved; but for the elect's sake, according to the covenant (i.e. the Jews, saith the Lord), those days shall be shortened.
(JST Mark 13:22)
12 When ye therefore, shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, concerning the destruction of Jerusalem, then ye shall stand in the holy place. (Whoso readeth let him understand.)
(JST Matt 24:12)
False Prophets Herbert W and Garner Ted Armstrong misinterpreted Matt 24 and therefore led their followers astray. This was not about nuclear war as they maintained, but the destruction of Jerusalem, saith the Lord, and the phrase "except those days be shortened none of their (the Jews) flesh be saved" referred to the Jews, for the Romans destroyed about 2 million in those days. I was revealed this independently, and then read afterward to my great satisfaction and comfort the revelation given to Joseph Smith when he translated the Bible and corrected many errors:
14 When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet concerning the destruction of Jerusalem (not nuclear war as falsely prophesied by Garned Ted, and Herbert W. Armstrong), then ye shall stand in the holy place. (Whoso readeth let him understand.)
(JST Mark 13:14)
The Romans also destroyed the sanctuary as prophesied in Daniel and by Jesus, my Jesus:
2 And Jesus said unto them, See ye not all these things? verily I say unto you, There shall not be left here one stone upon another, that shall not be thrown down. (Matt 24:2)
25 Know therefore and understand, that from the going forth of the commandment to restore and to build Jerusalem unto the Messiah the Prince shall be seven weeks, and threescore and two weeks: the street shall be built again, and the wall, even in troublous times.
26 And after threescore and two weeks shall Messiah be cut off, but not for himself: and the people of the prince that shall come shall destroy the city and the sanctuary; and the end thereof shall be with a flood, and unto the end of the war desolations are determined.
27 And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate.

When a man goes about prophesying, and commands men to obey his teachings, he must either be a true or false prophet. - Our website: http://www.artbulla.com

- "He that can mark the power of Omnipotence, inscribed upon the heavens, can also see God's own handwriting in the sacred volume: and he who reads it oftenest will like it best, and he who is acquainted with it, will know the hand wherever he can see it...." (T.P.J.S., p. 56)
· 10 For do I now persuade men, or God? or do I seek to please men? for if I yet pleased men, I should not be the servant of Christ.
11 But I certify you, brethren, that the gospel which was preached of me is not after man.
12 For I neither received it of man, neither was I taught it, but by the revelation of Jesus Christ. (New Testament | Galatians 1:10 - 12)
