The Revelations of Jesus Christ

Revelation received for the First Presidency of the Mormon Church concerning errors in doctrine. Received April 8, 2012, Baja California, Mexico.

Thus saith the Lord unto scornful men[1] who rule over my people, that sit upon their thrones basting themselves in the honor, applause and praise of men, wherewith they have caused my people to err. Yea, thus saith the Lord, why have ye sacrificed my holy word and my covenant unto the house of Israel for the praise of men? Why is it that ye have chosen, saith the Lord, to be comfortable[2] in Babylon and live deliciously with her, causing my people to stumble and err and thus depart from me? Yea, did I not speak through the mouth of my servant Isaiah, Woe to the crown of pride to the drunkards of Ephraim, whose glorious beauty is a fading flower on the head of the fat valleys of them that are overcome with wine[3], that the priest and the prophet are out of the way[4]? How is it that you cannot hear me when I the Lord thy God, even the God of Abraham Isaac and Jacob speak into thee? Why is it that you remain in a stupor of thought upon thine ivory thrones in the palaces ye have built[5], and not unto me[6]? Know ye not O vain man, that my pure eye pierceth through all things, even thy deceptions and refuge of lies, wherein ye seek deep to hide thy councils from the Lord, saying who seeth us and who knoweth us[7]? For shall the clay say to the potter he hath no understanding? Yeah, what meanest thou O man, am I not the Lord God that drieth up the rivers that the fish think and make waste the inhabited places that they become desolate? Why is it that ye consider the praise of man and sitting in comfort in Babylon upon not thrones more important than thy soul and the souls of them that lean unrighteously upon thee for support and for guidance, saith the Lord, yet do ye not lead them that they and ye both fall into the ditch[8]? Yea, therefore, what shall a man give in exchange for his soul, saith the Lord, and yet do ye not bask thyself in the honor, applause and praise of man glorying thyself in Babylon? And do ye hearken unto my voice and the voice of my servants commanding you to come out of her my people, even Babylon to build my holy city even Zion as it first? Yea will you reject my son, even that stone also rejected by the builders as Mine Only Begotten was rejected of the Jews, saith the Lord, yea even the stone which has been cut out of the mountains without hands[9] which shall roll forth and smite the image upon the feet as prophesied by my servant Daniel.  For it is, saith the Lord, thy God is money and carnal security[10] in Babylon, yea these are the desires of thy heart, saith the Lord.

For it is that my kingdom shall roll forth, even the political kingdom of God which must be ruled over by the scepter of power put into the hands of the sons of David[11], for the stone which ye have rejected, which shall roll forth,  is partly a descendent of David as well as of Ephraim or Joseph[12] saith the Lord.  And thus they right to the keys of the kingdom of God hath not departed from David despite thy Canainite decree not from me, and the Scepter belongeth unto him by lineage as well his by right. For he it is was ordained in the proper order to the Apostleship and thus the Apostleship was thereby preserved in the land instead of thy decree not from me.  For manifestos are from man and not God, saith the Lord. And this according to the birthright which belongeth unto Ephraim, saith the Lord.  But the Scepter belongeth unto David and his sons forever, with a covenant of salt. Wherefore,  why think ye to abrogate my covenants which I've made with David, and with Abraham, and with Isaac, and with Jacob in order that you may wax prosperous in Babylon, by making friends with that whore, saith the Lord? Therefore I the Lord God had taken from thee the rulership and have given it to mine anointed for he wrested these from thee by his righteousness and obedience unto me. For I the Lord choose mine anointed, and no man or set of man does this, saith the Lord, and there is never but one on the Earth that a time on which the keys are conferred according to the mine Holy Order, which changeth not for all time and throughout all eternity, and it is not thy presidents chosen by man outside of mine Order, saith the Lord. For did I not reveal unto my servant Joseph that the keys belong to the Seventy, and the Seventy are to be chosen out of the Elders Quorum[13] and not the High Priests? And it is that the Twelve are to choose from the Seventy when they need assistance, saith the Lord, even the filling of the vacancies in their quorum when necessary. And again I say unto thee, of vain man, the Seventy are to be chosen out of the Elders Quorum and are not to be High Priests. For ye have arrogated unto thyselves things which are not thine, and have sought all the days of your lives to steady the ark of God according to thine own wills and carnal desires. Therefore ye shall be smitten of me, even the Lord thy God, and my spirit will I cause to withdraw from thee, that ye may know that I'm the Lord. Therefore it is my will, saith the Lord, that you hearken unto the voice of my servant, even Art Bulla, who is that One Mighty and Strong, prophesied to come, as he rises to give thee instruction from me as did Moses to Pharaoh, let my people go! Even so. Amen.

[1] Isa  28:14-16

14  Wherefore hear the word of the LORD, ye scornful men, that rule this people which [is] in Jerusalem.

15 Because ye have said, We have made a covenant with death, and with hell are we at agreement; when the overflowing scourge shall pass through, it shall not come unto us: for we have made lies our refuge, and under falsehood have we hid ourselves:

16 Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD, Behold, I lay in Zion for a foundation a stone, a tried stone, a precious corner [stone], a sure foundation: he that believeth shall not make haste.

[2] 2 Ne  28:21-26

21 And others will he pacify, and lull them away into carnal security, that they will say: All is well in Zion; yea, Zion prospereth, all is well--and thus the devil cheateth their souls, and leadeth them away carefully down to hell.

22 And behold, others he flattereth away, and telleth them there is no hell; and he saith unto them: I am no devil, for there is none--and thus he whispereth in their ears, until he grasps them with his awful chains, from whence there is no deliverance.

23 Yea, they are grasped with death, and hell; and death, and hell, and the devil, and all that have been seized therewith must stand before the throne of God, and be judged according to their works, from whence they must go into the place prepared for them, even a lake of fire and brimstone, which is endless torment.

24 Therefore, wo be unto him that is at ease in Zion!

25 Wo be unto him that crieth: All is well!

26 Yea, wo be unto him that hearkeneth unto the precepts of men, and denieth the power of God, and the gift of the Holy Ghost!

[3] Isa  28:1-3

1  WOE to the crown of pride, to the drunkards of Ephraim, whose glorious beauty [is] a fading flower, which [are] on the head of the fat valleys of them that are overcome with wine!

2 Behold, the Lord hath a mighty and strong one, [which] as a tempest of hail [and] a destroying storm, as a flood of mighty waters overflowing, shall cast down to the earth with the hand.

3 The crown of pride, the drunkards of Ephraim, shall be trodden under feet:

[4] 2 Ne  28:11-14

11 Yea, they have all gone out of the way; they have become corrupted.

12 Because of pride, and because of false teachers, and false doctrine, their churches have become corrupted, and their churches are lifted up; because of pride they are puffed up.

13 They rob the poor because of their fine sanctuaries; they rob the poor because of their fine clothing; and they persecute the meek and the poor in heart, because in their pride they are puffed up.

14 They wear stiff necks and high heads; yea, and because of pride, and wickedness, and abominations, and whoredoms, they have all gone astray save it be a few, who are the humble followers of Christ; nevertheless, they are led, that in many instances they do err because they are taught by the precepts of men.

[5]Alma 60:7

[6] 2 Ne  28:13

[7] 2 Ne 27:27; 2 Ne 28:9; Isa 29:15

[8] Isa 29:15

[9]Dan  2:34-35

34 Thou sawest till that a stone was cut out without hands, which smote the image upon his feet [that were] of iron and clay, and brake them to pieces.

35 Then was the iron, the clay, the brass, the silver, and the gold, broken to pieces together, and became like the chaff of the summer threshingfloors; and the wind carried them away, that no place was found for them: and the stone that smote the image became a great mountain, and filled the whole earth.

[10] 2 Ne  28:21

21 And others will he pacify, and lull them away into carnal security, that they will say: All is well in Zion; yea, Zion prospereth, all is well--and thus the devil cheateth their souls, and leadeth them away carefully down to hell.

[11] 2 Chr  13:5

5 Ought ye not to know that the LORD God of Israel gave the kingdom over Israel to David for ever, [even] to him and to his sons by a covenant of salt?

[12] D&C  113:6

6 Behold, thus saith the Lord, it is a descendant of Jesse, as well as of Joseph, unto whom rightly belongs the priesthood (the heir, saith the Lord), and the keys of the kingdom, for an ensign, and for the gathering of my people in the last days.

The Seventies are to be taken from the quorum of Elders, and are not to be High Priests.
