The Law of Light:

 11 And the light which shineth, which giveth you light, is through him who enlighteneth your eyes, which is the same light that quickeneth your understandings;
 12 Which light proceedeth forth from the presence of God to fill the immensity of space--
 13 The light which is in all things, which giveth life to all things, which is the law by which all things are governed, even the power of God who sitteth upon his throne, who is in the bosom of eternity, who is in the midst of all things.  (D&C  88:11)

Intelligence Is Uncreated:

Intelligence is coeternal with God being uncreated. The first estate is that intelligences are clothed in spirit bodies by spirit parents who bya conjugal act give birth to spirit bodies.  the second estate is that these spirit bodies are then close in moral tabernacles of flesh and bones by mortal parents. The third estate is that these moral tabernacles then become resurrected bodies which are eternal by obeying the gospel. There are  three degrees of glory in the resurrection, saith the Lord.

Baptism for the Dead:
1 Cor  15:29
 29 Else what shall they do which are baptized for the dead, if the dead rise not at all? why are they then baptized for the dead?

Paul was proving the resurrection from the dead because the Church at the time were doing baptisms for the dead (I Cor 15:29).

       When a man goes about prophesying, and commands men to obey his teachings, he must either be a true or false prophet.

·         10 For do I now persuade men, or God? or do I seek to please men? for if I yet pleased men, I should not be the servant of Christ.
11 But I certify you, brethren, that the gospel which was preached of me is not after man.
12 For I neither received it of man, neither was I taught it, but by the revelation of Jesus Christ. (New Testament | Galatians 1:10 - 12)
