14 Wherefore hear the word of the LORD, ye scornful men, that rule this people which is in Jerusalem.
15 Because ye have said, We have made a covenant with death, and with hell are we at agreement; when the overflowing scourge shall pass through, it shall not come unto us: for we have made lies our refuge, and under falsehood have we hid ourselves:
16 Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD, Behold, I lay in Zion for a foundation a stone, a tried stone, a precious corner stone, a sure foundation (the One Mighty and Strong, saith the Lord): he that believeth shall not make haste (in fleeing Babylon). Isaiah 28:14 - 16

Raymond Taylor allowed into secret vaults, seeing for himself the original of the 1886 Revelation in John's own handwriting. Jesus Christ and Joseph Smith visit John Taylor on the night of Sept 26, 1886 giving limited authority to five men. One Mighty and Strong to come (after the Church goes into bondage both "temporally and spiritually",which bondage occurs during "seventh president", Heber J. Grant) to deliver Zion from that bondage. He is here now and writeth to these things.

Chapter read from Samuel Taylor's (grandson of John Taylor) book, "Kingdom or Nothing" biography of John Taylor, describing events surrounding this visitation and revelation. Van Hale called in. Mele ensues between host and Van over lies told which threatens world order of modern sectarian Mormon who "trembles and is angry" because of their impending fall.
28 And in fine, wo unto all those who tremble, and are angry because of the truth of God! For behold, he that is built upon the rock receiveth it with gladness; and he that is built upon a sandy foundation trembleth lest he shall fall. 2 Nephi 28:27 - 28
