It has always been my province to dig up hidden mysteries-new things-for my hearers. Just at the time when some men think that I have no right to the keys of the priesthood-just at that time I have the greatest right. The Germans are an exalted people. The old German translators are the most correct-most honest of any of the translators; and therefore I get testimony to bear me out in the revelations that I have preached for the last fourteen years. The old German, Latin, Greek and Hebrew translations all say it is true: they cannot be impeached, and therefore I am in good company. The wicked will destroy one another on this the American continent as happened twice before on this land, the Land of Joseph. 65 For the wicked among the Gentiles will I cause that they shall destroy them and the seed of Cain, even the negro on this the American continent shall destroy the wicked red-necked among the Gentiles. 66 And all in that day who will not flee unto Zion which I will establish upon this the American continent shall be destroyed in that day which is even now upon you, saith the Lord God of Israel.
